📌 STEP 1: Initial Inquiry / Discovery Call

  • Client contacts us via website, email, or call.

  • We send a quick Client Intake Form to gather basic info:

    • Business type & goals

    • Target audience

    • Services needed

    • Brand tone & preferences

Goal: Understand the client’s vision, brand, and content needs.


📌 STEP 2: Needs Assessment & Proposal

  • We review the intake form and (if needed) hold a discovery call.

  • We evaluate scope and content volume per service.

  • A customized Content Plan + Quote is shared that includes:

    • Deliverables & word counts

    • Turnaround time

    • Revisions policy

    • Pricing (per service or package)

Goal: Align expectations, timelines, and deliverables.


📌 STEP 3: Onboarding & Content Briefing

  • Client approves proposal & signs the agreement.

  • We begin onboarding:

    • Share Google Drive/Notion workspace (or client’s preferred system)

    • Request brand guidelines, references, and past content (if any)

    • Finalize communication channel (Email, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)

    • Share structured Content Brief Forms for each service.

Goal: Set up everything for efficient collaboration.


📌 STEP 4: Research & Strategy (Per Service)

We tailor our content creation process per service:

  • First draft is delivered in Google Docs (or client’s CMS)

Client Feedback Loop:

  • 1–2 rounds of revisions included

  • Feedback tracked and implemented via comments or form

📌 STEP 6: Final Delivery & Formatting

  • Final content is delivered in:

    • Google Docs, PDF, Excel (for products), or direct CMS upload (if access given)

    • Format includes metadata, headings, CTA suggestions, etc.

  • Newsletter & Social Posts can be designed (if add-on selected)

  • Optional: Posting assistance or scheduling setup (on request)

  • For clients on monthly retainers, we offer:

    • Monthly performance review (blogs, emails, social metrics)

    • Content audit and refresh suggestions

    • SEO position tracking reports

    • A/B testing suggestions for landing pages or emails

  • Clients can switch to:
